With virtual Tourbooks, you can run a property survey, find the best listings, add them to a customizable Tourbook, and then share them with prospects in minutes. Once you do, your recipients can browse the same great content that powers Listings in VTS Marketplace.
For tenant reps, Tourbooks are great for shortlisting spaces. And for landlord and agency brokers, Tourbooks can be a good tool for marketing your assets, whether you're pitching to a specific tenant rep or showcasing all of your spaces for a requirement across a portfolio.

To create a Tourbook:
- In VTS Marketplace, click the Tourbook icon on the navigation bar.
- Click Create Tourbook.
- Add your information. You can update the name, description, cover photo, and client for your Tourbook whenever you like.
- To add Spaces, look for the Tourbook icon in your search results or at the top of your Listing pages.
As shown in the video, you can add a space to any of your Tourbooks right from the search results, or from the listing page itself:
You can also add a listing to a Tourbook from a Building Page. Just click the Tourbook icon on the listing card from the Available Spaces section:
To edit a Tourbook, go to your Tourbook's page, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit Tourbook.
You can reorder the listings by clicking the Reorder listings button above the Table of contents.
If you want to show a specific asking rent on a Listing, click the pencil icon. Enter your value or the range you want to display, then click Save. This won't change the asking rent on the original Listing—the value which you enter only shows up on the Tourbook you've made, clearly labeled.
You can edit the asking rent any time you like by clicking the pencil again, or you can reset the Listing back to the default asking rent by clicking the redo icon.
To share a Tourbook, open your Tourbook page and click Copy share link.
Your recipient will see the same info you can see on your Tourbook page (without the edit and share buttons), including links which direct them to listing pages.
Below's an example—recipients can browse pictures and videos and then visit the listing pages on Marketplace for more information.
Sometimes your lists can get pretty big—Marketplace helps you navigate and browse your Tourbooks for easy comparisons and quick displays.
Use the Table of contents at the top to get a quick view of every Listing in your Tourbook. As you scroll through your Tourbook, you can pull up the Table of contents any time by clicking the List icon in the header. Just make a selection to auto-scroll to the Listing.
You can also use the map to navigate to a Listing. Click the marker, then select Click to scroll to entry.
And if you want a different view, you can use Preview mode by clicking the Preview button on a Listing. It's a good way to click through for quick comparisons. Just be aware—this only works for Listings live on Marketplace, not custom Listings you've added.
Add custom listings to a Tourbook
If you want to add listings that aren't on VTS Marketplace, follow these steps:
- In the Tourbooks tab of Marketplace, select your Tourbook.
- Click the + Create entry button.
- Add location details, like building or suite name and address.
- Upload media of your listing. Inappropriate or unlicensed content will be removed as per our privacy policy.
- Add listing details, like size, asking rent, condition, and more.
Note: You can enter the asking rent as a yearly ($/sf/yr) or monthly ($/mo) value. Either way, your external listing will display both values on the Tourbook. - When you're done, click Save.
Export a Tourbook to PowerPoint
You can export Tourbooks as PowerPoint files for use outside of VTS:
- In the Tourbooks tab of Marketplace, select your Tourbook.
- Click the Download button.
- This downloads a PowerPoint version of your Tourbook to your computer—edit your styling, print copies, and go to town.
Are virtual Tourbooks available in all markets?
Tourbooks are available in all VTS Marketplace markets! Here's why some cities are on VTS Marketplace and not others.
Who can make a Tourbook?
Any VTS Marketplace user—like landlords and tenant reps—can create and share Tourbooks.
Can I share a Tourbook with anyone?
Yes! They'll see everything you put together in Marketplace, but they won't be able to edit any of the information.
Which contacts will I and my recipients see on a Tourbook?
Signed-in Tenant Rep users on VTS Marketplace see the landlord's original listing contacts, including your own. This makes Tourbooks great for shortlisting spaces before reaching out.
If you're a Tenant Rep user (or any signed-in Marketplace user) and you share your Tourbook with external recipients, they'll only see the Tourbook creator's contact.
How do I know if my Tourbook is getting views?
Viewcounts on your Tourbooks automatically display in the Tourbook tab in VTS Marketplace—this count refreshes every hour. The share link also works as a UTM link, so you and your team can track engagement of your Tourbook and other VTS Market content. Learn more about UTM links.
Can my teammate and I build and manage a Tourbook together?
Users can only create and manage their own Tourbooks, but you can put new ones together from scratch in just a few minutes to meet your needs.
Can my recipients view Tourbooks on their mobile device?
Virtual Tourbooks respond on both web and mobile, so your recipients can always view Tourbooks on the go.
